1. A customer can cancel its order either within 24 hours or before item get shipped whichever is earlier. On the cancellation of order we deduct an Payment Gateway Fees that is 2.50%.
  2. A Customer  can return the product with in 7 days from date of delivery If received any damaged, defective of different item. Please Request for Return our team will assess the damage and will take a genuine decision within 24 hours.
  3. After accessing damage we will arrange reverse pickup within 3 days of return request for the damaged item and your amount will be issued within 7 days after pickup.
  4. Refund will be processed in the bank account. We will collect bank account information from the customer before processing the refund.
